Free QR Code for Hotel WiFi
Create a free WiFi QR code for hotel rooms, lobbies, and restaurants. Guests scan once and connect instantly — no typing passwords, no calling front desk. Works on all iOS and Android devices natively.
You need three things: Network Name (SSID) — the name of your WiFi network as it appears on guests' devices. Password — your WiFi password. Security type — WPA2 for most modern routers (or WPA3 for newer equipment). Select 'None' for open networks.
Click the WiFi tab on UnlimitedQRCodes.com. Enter your network name, password, and security type. Your QR code generates instantly. Your password is encoded directly in the QR code image — it is never sent to our servers.
Download as SVG for high-resolution printing. Print at 8cm × 8cm minimum for reliable scanning in varying light conditions. Frame in a branded holder for each room and public area.
For properties with separate networks (guest vs. staff, or different floors), use the Bulk tab to generate all codes at once from a CSV file.
Place a framed WiFi QR code in each room near the TV or desk. Replaces the card with the printed password — more secure (guests can't photograph the card and share it indefinitely), and eliminates front desk WiFi enquiries.
Display on tables and menus alongside the food menu QR code. Guests connect to the restaurant's WiFi without interrupting staff.
Frame on each meeting room desk. Corporate guests connect their devices immediately without calling IT or reception.
Include in your welcome guide or frame near the router. Guests connect on arrival — no need to search your listing for the password.
Yes. UnlimitedQRCodes.com encodes your WiFi password entirely in your browser — the password is stored inside the QR code image itself and is never transmitted to our servers. The security consideration is physical: your QR code image contains the password, so treat it like a printed password card.
All modern smartphones support WiFi QR codes natively: iPhones running iOS 11+ (camera app scans automatically) and Android phones running Android 10+ (camera app or Google Lens). Older Android devices may need a QR scanner app.
Use the WiFi tab for individual codes, or the Bulk tab for multiple networks. In Bulk mode, your CSV needs columns for: QR type (wifi), network name (SSID), password, and security type. Generate all codes at once and download as a labeled PDF.
Select WPA2 for most hotel routers — it's the current standard and universally supported. Select WPA3 only if you know your router specifically uses WPA3. WPA/WPA2 in the generator covers both. Select 'None' for open networks with no password.
No sign-up. No watermarks. No limits. Ready in 30 seconds.
